The Italian Neutron Science Society (Società Italiana di Scienze Neutroniche SISN) organize a new series of the Training in Neutron Techniques TNT advanced schools.
Topics are:
- diffraction and imaging in 2025;
- inelastic scattering in 2026;
- small angle scattering and reflectometry in 2027.
A key addition to this cycle is the inclusion of artificial intelligence and machine learning lectures with applications to the topics of each edition.
The Schools are open to Graduate and PhD students and to Post-Docs working in scientific disciplines as Biology, Chemistry, Earth Sciences, Material Sciences, Physics, Sciences for Cultural Heritage Conservation, and similar.
Applications are now open for the TNT2025 school on neutron diffraction and imaging.
The TNT2025 will be held in San Giovanni in Valle Aurina (BZ, Italy) from June 13 to 21, 2025. All the details can be found on www.sisn.it/formazione/tnt/.
